[65:2] I said: I have many dreams that I want to come true. •Allah said: "Call upon Me and I will respond to you" [40: 60]

Istighfar

(HR. Ahmad)

and when your heart is not at ease, pray and repent the pain away.

Zuhud

Allah burdens not a person beyond his scope, means, Allah does not ask a soul what is beyond its ability. This only demonstrates Allah's kindness, compassion and generosity towards His creation. This Ayah is the Ayah that abrogated the Ayah that worried the Companions, that is, Allah's statement, (And whether you disclose what is in yourselves or conceal it, Allah will call you to account for it), (2:284).  This indicates that although Allah will question His servants and judge them, He will only punish for what one is able to protect himself from. As for what one cannot protect himself from, such as what one says to himself - or passing thoughts - they will not be punished for that. We should state here that to dislike the evil thoughts that cross one's mind is a part of faith. Allah said next,   لَ...

Deen As Salam

𝐁𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐡'𝐬 𝐐𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐫. Whatever has happened was for the best. Don't question the past, don't hold grudges, accept what has happened. If you truly believe that Allah is the most wise and you accept Qadar (destiny), then you won't be mad about the past. Forgiveness is the road to recovery and once you embrace this concept then you can have emotional stability. I can't tell you how many people have gotten a new lease on life in therapy by giving up the grudges. Their lives transformed and they were able to attain a new spiritual awakening and peace through forgiveness. Remember true forgiveness is to forgive and forget.

TO BE SEEN OR TO BE HEARD

Doing any ibadah (i.e. not necessarily referring to only the act of praying) intentionally to be seen (to attract attention) and to be heard (to seek fame) is Shirk. Sheikh al-Uthaymeen explained that showing off (riyaa) frequently is Major Shirk while when it is done sometimes (occasionally) is Minor Shirk, as explained by Imam Ibn al-Qayyim.
